Phil is a graduate of Bowdoin College in 1987, where he was captain of the sailing team and the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, where he obtained an MBA in 1993. In addition, Phil holds a Diploma in Financial Planning from Boston University, which he received in 2002.
Outside of the workplace Phil is active as a former member of the Board of the Courageous Sailing Center, and he is involved in charitable programs associated with the schools he has attended. Phil and his wife Alice, stay busy with their three sons: Nic, Cam, and Alexander. The family can be found sailing, skiing, and finding outdoor adventures throughout New England.
